Circle Up Indy Still Accepting Exhibitor Registration for 2017 Youth Against Violence Peace Festival on Saturday June 24, 2017 from 2-6 PM at James Russell Lowell School #51. If you are interested in uplifting the Indianapolis communities, meeting with residents of Indianapolis’ Martindale-Brightwood area and other visitors, and spreading the word about your organization this could be a perfect opportunity! Please read all of the below registration information carefully before completing the registration forms.
All Exhibitors must register through this website.
No walk-ups will be allowed on the day of the event.
Space is limited, so don’t delay!
All Exhibitors will be provided with one table and two chairs. Circle Up Indy will not provide tents or awnings; these will be the responsibility of the Exhibitor, and may be no larger than 10′ x 10′. If you have other special requirements, please give this information in the space provided on the registration form and we will try to meet your request.
You will be provided with detailed information about where to set up, parking arrangements and other necessary information by email prior to the event. Volunteers and Staff will also be on hand during the event to answer questions and provide assistance.
Exhibitors (Nor Registration Fee)
Exhibitors are organizations that will not be selling any products during the event.
This is the perfect time to reach out to the community and tell them about your organization, club or program. Recruit volunteers, connect with possible clients, or just enjoy the day and let people know your group wants to improve the community. Registration is quick and easy.
